"My mom uses only one special kind of liquid soap for her shower so when I was ordering all my family and friends some of your soap for Christmas presents I didn't include my mom. I even asked her if she wanted any and she said no! So, she broke her ankle and after a stay in rehab is spending a few weeks living with my sister until we're confident she'll be okay on her own (she's 85).
